Many users operate in different countries and time zones, so having incident and alert timestamps match the client’s local time would make reports much easier to read and correlate.
It would be great if alert notifications, incidents, and history logs could automatically display in the user’s preferred or local timezone.
This would significantly improve clarity, especially for international teams.
